VantaBlade Anti-Spam and Email Communications Policy

VantaBlade is committed to responsible email practices and does not permit its website, domain, products, or services to be advertised through spam or other unlawful or abusive email practices.

VantaBlade prohibits employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and other third parties acting on its behalf from using the VantaBlade domain or website in email campaigns that violate applicable anti-spam laws or the policies of applicable email and network providers.

Marketing and Mailing Lists

Subscription-based marketing email lists operated by VantaBlade must use permission-based recipient acquisition practices. Purchased, harvested, scraped, or otherwise improperly obtained email lists may not be used for subscription marketing.

Recipients of VantaBlade marketing emails must be provided with an appropriate method to opt out of future marketing communications. Opt-out and unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly.

Prohibited Practices

VantaBlade prohibits:

  • Misleading or deceptive sender identities, subject lines, or message content.
  • Continued marketing email to recipients who have opted out.
  • Use of harvested or improperly acquired addresses for mailing lists.
  • Unauthorized third-party promotion of the VantaBlade website or domain.
  • Use of VantaBlade infrastructure for phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, or other abusive activity.
  • Attempts to circumvent spam filters, blocklists, provider enforcement, or recipient preferences.

Third Parties

Vendors, affiliates, contractors, and service providers sending email on behalf of VantaBlade must comply with this policy and applicable law. VantaBlade may suspend or terminate access for parties that violate these requirements.

Suspected abuse involving VantaBlade or the vantablade.io domain may be reported to:

VantaBlade will investigate legitimate abuse reports and take appropriate corrective action.

Policy Enforcement

VantaBlade may suspend email campaigns, sending accounts, vendors, or other systems when abuse or deliverability problems are identified and may implement additional controls where necessary.
