- Business workspace administrators may submit employee or workforce email addresses and related identifiers only when they have appropriate authority to do so. Business scan results, incident records, remediation notes, and reports are provided to support internal security and operational risk workflows.
- You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are expressly prohibited from scanning any email address or other identifier that you do not have explicit permission to control.
- The information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VantaBlade makes no warranty that the service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. The data used by our service is sourced from third-party data breaches, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
3. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that VantaBlade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
